FREQUENCY OF USE:

Emergency Food Assistance
Assistance is available on a 30 day basis as needed-not to  exceed more than 8 times a year
(at the discretion of the  Executive Director)

Emergency Utilities/Rent Assistance
Assistance is available 2 times a year – on a 90 day basis
(at the discretion of the Executive Director)

 
 
REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTANCE:

*Driver’s License or State ID “and”
*
Proof of Residence (example: recent utility bill with the person’s name and address  appearing on it)
*The COA reserves the right to request  additional information if the need arises.
