SERVICES:

Lifeline Personal Response System:
The subscriber's home unit is connected to his/her telephone which transmits a signal when activated to the central monitoring station. Trained personnel, on staff 24-hours a day, call the subscriber to see what assistance is needed. If the subscriber is unable to respond, the response center then calls the designated responders (family, friends, neighbors) to investigate. Emergency service can be called if required.

 
 
ELIGIBILITY:

Anyone who is elderly, handicapped, or who has a health problem--anyone who lives alone and may need help at any time. If the vision of yourself, or someone you care for, lying stricken and helpless in the midst of a life-threatening situation is frightening...then you need Lifeline Personal Response System.

FEE POLICY:

$38.00 per month with a $60.00 installation fee (Regular System)
$48.00 per month with a $60.00 installation fee (AutoAlert System-automatically alerts “9 1 1” if no response, after 60 seconds)
