Emergency Services

On-Call 24 hours a day, assist at ER with sexual assault victims, assist law enforcement with death notification and crisis situa­tions.

Support Information

Case status, attend hearing with victims/family; assist with Victim Compensation, escort to court hearings, court room orientation, assist law en­forcement with interviews and any follow-up, pro­vide information for trial and outcome, networking and referral to proper social service agencies.

Post-Care Services

Follow-up calls, parole or probation information.

ELIGIBILITY:     Victim of a crime in Miami County, past victim of a crime and in  need of mental health services; prosecu­tion is not required to receive services.

 HOW TO USE:              Appointments may be made by calling the of­fice during normal working hours. After-hour emer­gencies may be

made through “9 1 1“, Crisis Hotline, or by Law Enforcement agents and ER staff.
