Early Childhood Consultation
Intervention and observation. Parenting workshops.
Senior Outreach Volunteer Program
Volunteers provide errands, telephone support, and friend visits to seniors in need.

PASSPORT /ASSISTED LIVING must be income eligible and 60 years of age or older.

RESTRICTIONS: PASSPORT /ASSISTED LIVING: Appropriate level of care and living arrangement – no restrictions.

FEE POLICY: PASSPORT /ASSISTED LIVING: Is a Medicaid waiver program.
Outpatient Counseling: Most insurance(s) are accepted, as are Medicaid, Medicare and Workers Compensation. A sliding fee scale is available.
