Started the Troy Lions Charities, a 501c3 charity, in 2005. The mission is vision health with projects including eye exams and eyeglasses, recycling used eyeglasses and pre-school vision screening. Also started a hearing aid recycling program in 2016.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Proof of need for exam/glasses and proof of financial burden may be requested.
The Lions Club will do its own screening of applicants.

HOW TO USE: Call or write to any of the Lions Clubs listed above.
In a letter to Laura, Troy and West Milton Lions Club explain what is needed (eye exam, glasses, etc.).
Sight Committee shall investigate and report on applications. The decision on eligibility will be made then.
