SERVICES:
Recreation – Bowling League

Citizen Advocacy – Connecting people in the community with individuals who have a disabili­ty. This allows people to have the opportu­nity to get to know people who have disabilities.

System Advocacy – Assistance with working within other agencies systems/procedures.

Self-Advocacy – Learning to “Speak Up” for yourself, etc.

Informati­on and Referr­al

Educational Information

ELIGIBILITY:
Bowling League – 18 and older; have a developmental disability.
Special Events – spring party, picnic, Dragon ball game. 18 and older.
Citizen Advocacy – at least 18 years of age.
Informati­on & Referr­al/S­ystem Advocacy – None.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:
Bowling Leag­ue, Citizen Advocacy, Informati­on and Referr­al,   –no documentati­on requir­ed.

HOW TO USE:                           Call for an appointment

FEE POLICY:
Bowling Leag­ue – Bowling costs $7.25 per week.
Citizen Advocacy – None except for some community activities.
Informati­on and Referr­al/Sy­stem Advocacy – None.
