OFFICE HOURS:    8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

OFFICE DAYS:       Monday through Friday

ELIGIBILITY:     Must be an adjudicated juvenile felony offender who was diverted to this facility in lieu of a commitment to the Ohio Department of Youth Services.

All referrals are considered by Juvenile Courts of the participating counties: Auglaize, Darke, Mercer, Miami, Preble and Shelby.

The center accepts youth from all counties in Ohio.

 

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:   Intake Packet which is distributed to the participating counties.

 

RESTRICTIONS:   Must be court referred

 

HOW TO USE:   After a court has referred a juvenile to the facility, an Intake Assessment will take place. After the assessment is complete,

the Intake Committee will decide whether the juvenile meets the criteria for admission.

 

FEE POLICY:     State Funded–No direct charge to the individual but child support is assessed.

The home schools are charged a $46.00 per diem for each juvenile.
