SERVICE AREA:    Miami County serves anyone who is a Human Trafficking Victim who lives in Miami County.

OFFICE HOURS:    8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

On-Call 24 hours a day through “9 1 1

SERVICES:          

Emergency Services

On-Call 24 hours a day, assist at ER with sexual assault victims, assist law enforcement with death notification and crisis situa­tions.

Support Information

Case status, attend hearing with victims/family; assist with Victim Compensation, escort to court hearings, court room orientation, assist law en­forcement with interviews and any follow-up, pro­vide information for trial and outcome, networking and referral to proper social service agencies.

Post-Care Services    

Follow-up calls, parole or probation information.

ELIGIBILITY: Victim of a Human Trafficking crime in Miami County, a past victim of Human Trafficking and

in need of mental health services; prosecution is not required to receive services.

HOW TO USE: Appointments may be made by calling the office during normal working hours.

After-hour emergencies may be made through “9 1 1”, Crisis Hotline, or by Law Enforcement agents and ER staff.
