Resident of Troy, Tipp City, Union, Arcanum, Monroe Township, Casstown, Pleasant Hill, Bethel Township (Tipp City address), Covington, Alcony, Christiansburg, West Milton, Ludlow Falls, Laura, or Potsdam.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED:
Driver’s license or photo I.D.
Proof of need and residency
Copy of statement for which assistance is requested.
RESTRICTIONS: Assistance is given only twice per year with a maximum dollar amount.
