SERVICES:

Loans reconditioned durable medical equipment and supplements medical supplies “Free” of charge, to those in need.

Example: No insurance, underinsured, or unable to purchase or rent necessary medical equipment.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone with proper documentation.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Statement of need from doctor, nurse, or therapist (for some equipment).

RESTRICTIONS: None, except for those lacking the requested documentation.

HOW TO USE: Call. If no one answers, leave a message on the answering machine and someone will return your call.

FEE POLICY: None. Donations accepted.
