What is Piqua Compassion Network?

Piqua Compassion Network exists to transform lives by providing Christian hope, education and basic needs assistance

to Piqua area residents. We are committed to providing a hand up, by empowering individuals to move forward from

crisis and poverty.

SERVICES OFFERED:

Basic Needs Assistance: Utility & gas assistance, prescription assistance, birth certificates, driver’s license/state

identification, diapers, formula, gas voucher, as well as access to local, county and state wide agencies.

Educational Programming: Opportunities for Success, one-on-one financial classes, Parenting classes, resources and

programming available through partnership with Cincinnati Works.

Employment Support: steel-toed boots or non-skid shoes, Jobs for Life, resume assistance, employment assistance for

felony background, access to Ohio Means Jobs listings, Piqua Works! programming.

Referral Assistance: One-on-one collaboration to assist clients with local, county, state, or federal agencies and

programs. We advocate for our clients, working with others to bridge hindrances to services or assistance needed.

Foster to Stability Programming: Assisting aging out foster care clients with housing, employment, and educational

opportunities.

Celebrate Recovery: Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12 step recovery program helping people overcome past

pains, present struggles, and persistent problems of: alcoholism, depression/anxiety, drug addiction, trauma, sexual

addiction, co-dependency, sexual abuse, food addiction or compulsive behaviors. Meetings are held every Thursday

6:45 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Meeting Location is in Piqua Christian Church AT 3969 W, ST RT 185 in Piqua. You can call Piqua
