Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is managed by MSTC Development. Our 99-bed accommodations are in private and semi-private rooms, which include our Freedom Court, a memory impairment unit. Many of our rooms have outside views of gardens and courtyards. Each room is tastefully furnished and personalized by each resident’s cherished possessions. Our highly trained friendly staff and wide range of services Care Center provide loving care for our family member

Skilled Nursing:

Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation provides a spacious rehabilitation gym for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our enthusiastic therapy team will complete assessments and provide therapy 7 days a week. Together we will determine your individual goals to promote a strong recovery and safe return home. Specialized programs include orthopedic rehabilitation and cardiac rehabilitation, as well as post-stroke and post-surgical recovery

ELIGIBILITY: Persons requiring 24-hour skilled or intermediate nursing care. Care is available on a short-term rehabilitation basis or for long-term care. Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation also offers respite care based on availability. Long or Short-Term Rehabilitation Therapy.
