This enhances residents’ ability to live as independently and safely as possible – and minimizes the decline that comes with aging. Through restorative care, residents are encouraged to participate as much as possible in their care and daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and transferring to and from bed or wheelchair.
Koester Pavilion also offers residents an activities program to help them stay engaged in hobbies and other activities they enjoy. These include music, walking and exercise programs, guest entertainers, pet therapy, outings to ballgames and theater, cookouts, and religious services.
