SERVICES:
The Adult Parole Authority (APA) is responsible for the release and supervision of adult felony inmates returning to local communities from prison, as well as assisting Courts of Common Pleas with sentencing and supervision duties for felony offenders. It is comprised of the Parole Board and Field Services. The APA is responsible for the duties addressed in chapter 5149 of the Ohio Revised Code.
ELIGIBILITY:
Offenders sentenced by the Miami County Common Pleas Court, through Interstate Compact, and being released from the institutions of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections.

HOW TO USE:
Officers may be able to assist other agencies and individuals who are involved with the offenders, however, certain information is confidential therefore would need a signed release of information by the offender. Appointments will be available during regular business hours. Information may be available via telephone dependent upon officer availability.
FEE POLICY:
$25 monthly fee for Community Control
$20 monthly fee for PRC and Interstate Compact
