SERVICES:

Choice Pantry located at 7695 S. County Rd 25-A, Tipp City

Assisting families with dry goods, canned foods, frozen and fresh foods as available.

Open Mondays 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (A free meal is available from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Drive though pantry located at 1874 Commerce Dr., Piqua

Assisting families with a pre-packed box of shelf stable foods, frozen and fresh foods as available.

Tuesdays 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Wednesdays 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

Available for Rent and Utilities that are late, as funds are available. Please call the office to be pre-qualified.

A physical copy of the utility bill is required; phone pictures are not acceptable.

ELIGIBILITY: Financial Assistance is available once in a 12-month period,

after the second time, financial classes are required.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Photo ID and proof of address for all services.

(Proof of address is something post marked in the last 30 days with your name and address on it.)

RESTRICTIONS: Food Pantry Assistance is available once a calendar month.

HOW TO USE: All services are done “in person” or through a proxy
