• Emergency Contraceptive (Morning-After Pill)

• Gender-Affirming Care

• STD Testing 

•Reproductive Health Care

Educational Services include teen pregnancy prevention programs including topics such as abstinence, healthy relationships, negotiation and refusal skills, anatomy and physiology, contraception, STD, and HIV prevention.

ELIGIBILITY: There are no requirements for medical services. Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Parental/ guardian consent is required for minors seeking abortion services. For information on our educational services, please call (937) 528-4662.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Patients with insurance (both private and Medicaid) need to bring their insurance cards along with a picture ID.
