SERVICES:

Medical services include:

• Abortion

• Annual Exam

• Breast examinations and Pap smears for cancer screening

• Screenings and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (plus the partners of our patients)

• Pregnancy testing

• Birth control, including pills, Depo-Provera®, diaphragm, Nuva Ring, Ortho Evra Patch, explanon,

IUDs, and condoms

• HIV testing

• HPV vaccine (Gardasil®)

• UTI, vaginal, and yeast infection testing and treatment

Educational Services include teen pregnancy prevention programs including topics such as abstinence, healthy relationships, negotiation and refusal skills, anatomy and physiology, contraception, STD, and HIV prevention.

ELIGIBILITY: There are no requirements for medical services. Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Patients with insurance (both private and Medicaid) need to bring their insurance cards along with a picture ID.

We offer reduced rates for all our services and financial assistance may be available.
