Initial Evaluation Required

Individualized Neurofeedback Training: A learning strategy that provides the brain with information that helps normalize brainwave function, in other words, “exercise” for the brain.

Re-Evaluation after 20 sessions.

ELIGIBILITY: The program serves children and adults who may be experiencing difficulties associated with ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, focusing, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disorders, behavior issues, and others.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Completed history questionnaire

RESTRICTIONS: Must meet with Neurofeedback manager prior to acceptance
