ELIGIBILITY:         Must be a resident of Miami County


Children from birth through age 2 who are at risk for developmental delays should call 1-800-755-4769.

For children ages 3 through 5 we support through the Miami County Educational Service Center.

We provide services for children ages 6 through 21 who are determined eligible through the administration of the Children’s Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument (COEDI).


Be at least 16 years of age

To be found eligible through the administration of the Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument (OEDI).
