Long-Term Nursing Care: The skilled nursing team at SpringMeade Heath Center encourages residents to achieve their personal best, every day, through the practice of restorative care. Restorative care focuses on helping residents achieve and maintain optimal physical, mental and psychosocial function. This enhances residents’ ability to live as independently and safely as possible – and minimizes the decline that comes with aging. Through restorative care, residents are encouraged to participate as much as possible in their care and daily activities such as bathing, dressing and transferring to and from bed or wheelchair.
SpringMeade also offers residents an activities program to help them stay engaged in hobbies and other activities they enjoy. These include music, walking and exercise programs, guest entertainers, pet therapy, outings to ballgames and theater, cookouts and religious services. To help residents feel at home, we encourage them to bring items from home to create a home-like, familiar environment in their private or semi-private suites, which offer window views.

Freedom Court offers private and semi-private suites, a large family room, dining room, and outdoor area that includes a garden furnished with comfortable seating.
Our staff members build trusting relationships with residents and their families. They incorporate daily activities and socialization into residents’ care to help them achieve their personal best.
