SERVICES: Housing includes 2-room studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments.

ELIGIBILITY: Senior Citizens 62 years or older, disabled persons receiving Social Security Disability (SSI).

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Verification of income; Social Security, SSI, pension(s), and any other income; Social Security card; a copy of their birth certificate, and names and addresses of the following: physician(s), bank(s), previous landlord(s), where they receive their pension from, and the police department for the city they live in.

RESTRICTIONS: There may be a waiting list.

HOW TO USE: Applications can be picked up at the Terrace Ridge office during hours.
