Educational Information

ELIGIBILITY:

Bowling League–18 and older; have a developmental disability.

Special Events – spring party, picnic, Dragon ball game. 18 and older

Citizen Advocacy — at least 18 years of age.

Information & Referral/System Advocacy – None.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Bowling League, Citizen Advocacy, Information, and Referral, no documentation required.

RESTRICTIONS: Refer to the Eligibility Section.

HOW TO USE: Call for an appointment. Call the local chapter first. If no answer, please call the state chapter.

FEE POLICY:

Bowling League — Bowling costs $7.50 per week.

Citizen Advocacy — None except for some community activities.

Information and Referral/System Advocacy- None.
