OFFICE DAYS: Seven days a week

SERVICES: To provide daily contact for the elderly living alone.

ELIGIBILITY:

Live alone and need daily contact. Call, stop in Police Department, or have someone else call and sign up for the program. Form to be filled out and kept in the office.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: None

RESTRICTIONS: Live inside the corporation limits of Tipp City.

HOW TO USE: Each morning elderly individuals may call the Tipp City Police Department and report they are all right. If they do not call in, a police employee will call them. If still no answer, then the police will go out and check on the person. Calls are usually made in the morning.
