SERVICES: The Inpatient Rehabilitation Program assists patients with neuromusculoskeletal impairment and psychosocial limitations that render them dependent and unable to return to their previous roles or activity.
Functional problems may include mobility, self-care, bowel/bladder function, cognitive or perceptual function, communication, and safety. The patient population is generally adult and geriatric. Patient diagnoses and conditions include, but are not limited to: stroke, amputation, hip fractures, joint replacement, brain injury, and other neurological brain disorders, spinal cord injury, congenital deformity, major multiple trauma, systemic rheumatoid arthritis, and severe advanced osteoarthritis.
ELIGIBILITY: Patients assessed on an individual basis by the medical director and admissions coordinator.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Will be advised when evaluation requested.

Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
FEE POLICY: Inpatient hospitalization must be covered by insurance: Medicare, Medicaid, or show the ability to self-pay.
